Vegan Pancakes

These are the kids favorite! You can’t even tell they don’t have egg or cow butter in them. So easy and great to make ahead of time and freeze or put into kids lunches. Makes about 20 pancakes

Here is the recipe:

3 cups Flour

7 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp White Sugar

2 1/2 cup Milk

1/2 cup Applesauce

6 Tbsp Soy Butter (melted)

Add all ingredients in a large bowel and mix until its not lumpy. Turn griddle on medium heat (about 350 or so). Use large spoon, scoop or even a measuring up to pour desired amount on griddle. Cook until golden brown and then flip and do the same. Enjoy with Syrup or whatever toppings you and your family like!
