Garden Soup

Tonight we made our garden soup that we all love, even my 3 year old! It’s very healthy and so yummy. Great for a cold day. It’s also easy which is what I love, especially for dinner. We like to have my homemade tortillas with it, which I will share later.

Recipe: Makes for 6-12 servings

4 garlic cloves

1 onion

Saute’ together in a large pot with 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil

Add

6 whole carrots, chopped

4 celery sticks, chopped

5 potatoes, chopped

1 Tbsp Garlic Salt

2 Tbsp parsley

2 tsp Dried Dill

2 tsp Salt

12 cups of water

4 bay leaves

Let it boil until potato and carrots are soft. Serve with bread and butter, crackers, or tortillas. Enjoy!!
