This recipe is a hit at our house and the kids don’t even know there is no cheese in it, WIN!
Tonight we decided to throw the frozen mixed veggies in with it and it was just as good and got the kids to eat more veggies too!
Ok, here is the recipe. Hope you enjoy!
1-16 oz box of Rotini Pasta ( boil in water with salt)
1 cup tomatoeroasted hummus
1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
1-24 oz can of spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce
a pinch of salt
Once your noodles are boiled and soft drain the water. Then add in spaghetti sauce, hummus and hemp hearts. Stir and add a pinch of salt. If you want to add the veggies make sure you have boiled them before and then add them with spaghetti sauce and turn heat on low.
Thats it’s really simple and yummy!
